Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for vehicle sales and after sales service of the company

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in City of San Fernando,Pampanga.

FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER

Responsibilities:

A financial manager's general  duties consist of directing the monetary assets of a company. From overseeing investments to preparing financial reports, a finance manager will spend most of his day dealing with numbers.

  • Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
  • Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
  • The candidate needs to be very creative and should have great analytical skills.
  • He or she must have strong leadership skills to supervise and manage the staff.
  • Trustworthy and flexible

SECURITY OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the effective performance of daily operational security tasks at Toyota San Fernando Pampanga, Inc.'s area to ensure the safety and protection of all Company personnel, assets, contractors, and visitors.
  • Oversee execution of guard operation activities in accordance with established security protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Have to patrol their assigned areas or they can also monitor the area with the CCTV

 

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
  • With good scholastic records
  • Minimum of 5years of overall experience and 3 years of sales management experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and labor law
  • Strong working knowledge of ERA
  • An ability to drive significant change, both strategic and organizational.
  • Strong communication skills, good leadership and ability to effectively present concepts both upward and downward in the organization.

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.

  SERVICE DEPARTMENT  
 

SERVICE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • He/she is the responsible for overseeing all operations and processes in his/her designated department. He ensure that all his subordinates are well coordinated, properly guided and directed towards the department’s goal of providing excellent customer satisfaction. He work closely with the Service Advisors, Foreman, In-house Trainer and the Job Controller as well as with the other employees designated to lead a task or project. He directly reports to the General Manager. He is very much exposed in dealing with the customer relation or handling customer complains. Represent the company’s service department in dealings with the manufacturer (Toyota Motors Philippines).

 

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, 35 years old and above
  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Technology or any related field (licensed preferred butnot required)
  • least 3 years minimum related experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experienced in managing a large number of individuals
  • Self motivated, team player, Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  PARTS DEPARTMENT  
 

PARTS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Handles overall supervision of Parts Department, provide no. 1 customer satisfaction through prompt supply of parts and accessories and ensure dealer profitability.
  • Establish and maintain practices designed to train, develop and motivate department team members.
  • Establish and maintain purchase and ordering policy.
  • Establish and maintain inventory storage system including equipment and supplies, and other logistics.
  • Ensure technicians are adequately supplied with all parts and materials as needed.
  • Oversees Purchasing of supplies & materials for Service Department.
  • Assists in developing sales promotions.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 4 year college degree plus at least three years of automotive parts sales experience.
  • Must be experienced in parts and distribution, detail oriented, a problem solver with superior customer service skills.
  • Candidate should be capable of working in an active environment and be able to implement new systems to better distribute parts to internal and external customers (employees and customers).
